FDBC Event Center can comfortably accommodate 300+ guests for standing receptions and large celebrations, and up to 200 guests for seated banquet-style events. We also accommodate smaller, more intimate gatherings. Share your estimated guest count in your inquiry and we'll help you plan the right setup.
Yes — we work with outside vendors and caterers. We also offer a curated list of preferred vendors for catering, photography, DJ services, and more. Whether you bring your own team or build one through us, we're here to coordinate and make it seamless.
Yes. Alcohol is permitted at FDBC events and we offer full bar service packages — including open bar, beer and wine options, and cash bar setups — through our licensed bar service add-on. All alcohol service is handled by trained, professional bartenders.
The base venue rental includes exclusive use of the main hall, round tables, chairs, climate control, parking access, AV hookups, and restroom facilities. Additional services — DJ, catering, bar, décor, photography, and more — are available as add-ons. We'll build a custom quote based on your specific needs.
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for weekend dates during peak season (spring and fall). Popular Saturday dates can fill up quickly. That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Yes. FDBC Event Center is a fully accessible facility. The venue is single-floor with level entry, accessible restrooms, and ample accessible parking near the entrance at Door D. We want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable.
